Blogtober Day 6: Tap Your Heels Together Three Times..

Disclaimer:  I haven't been paid to promote any products or companies, just sharing the sweetest gift from Hubby, thank you sweetheart 💖

Hi Honeys,
It's day six of Blogtober and today I thought I'd share the sweetest, most adorable little gift from Hubby...

The Wizard of Oz Click and Wish Kit: the sweetest gift from Hubby

Do you love the Wizard of Oz as much as I do?  I've adored this movie since I was a child and it doesn't matter how many times I watch it it,  I always smile, cry and just lose myself in this wonderful, timeless, fabulous film💖

Back to this tiny gift then honeys.  It's from a company called Running Press who make all kinds of awesome, tiny themed sets.  This particular set comes packaged in a sweet little box, which announces that it is a "click and wish kit."

Inside the box is a small, oval shaped piece of the yellow brick road (of course!) with Dorothy's little red shoes sitting on top.

Also included is a little book of stickers, as well as two "backdrops" for the little yellow brick road platform.  One of these backdrops shows the yellow brick road leading towards the Emerald City and the other is an image of Dorothy and Glinda.

These backdrops fit into little grooves in the rear of the yellow platform to create a mini diorama....

The mini backdrops can be switched around to change the look of the mini diorama.  The little ruby slippers make a clicking sound when pushed together to make a wish...

This really is such a lovely little set honeys and it will join the other Oz set I have from Running Press, the Wicked Witch of the West kit, upstairs in our book nook...

The Wizard of Oz Wicked Witch of The West mini kit by Running Press

You might remember this Wicked Witch of the West set from an earlier post.  The globe in front of her is filled with a cloudy, green fluid and there is a switch underneath that controls a little light inside to make it glow an eerie green...

The Wizard of Oz Wicked Witch of The West mini kit by Running Press is equally adorable :)

Next month will be the 80th anniversary of the UK release of The Wizard of Oz (although originally released in August 1939 in USA) and Hubby and I are planning to sit and watch the 3 disc special edition DVD with all of the special features, as well as the movie itself of course, to celebrate 💖

What's your favourite movie honeys?  Do you love The Wizard of Oz too?  See you tomorrow for day 7 of Blogtober, till then, stay warm everyone, smile lots and hug even more 💗  Hugs always x

Hugs always, Rosie xx
