7 Sensational Summer Dresses On A Budget!

Since we've now changed over to daylight savings & arrived formally into British Summer Time - yaaaay!!  I can't wait to pack away winter sweaters, wooly socks, boots & heavy jackets and instead start wearing dresses, pretty cardigans, court shoes (a favourite of mine) strappy sandals & wedges instead :)

I thought today I'd like to share some of my favourite new season items seen online. I wanted to show that it's possible to buy a pretty summer dress no matter what your budget. I do think these dresses are lovely, I hope that you like them too :)

Crochet Top Maxi Dress

I adore maxi dresses! and this one from the G21 Collection from George at Asda is just beautiful and is a bargain at only £14 too.  Wouldn't it be lovely for summer days out or even, by accessorizing with some beautiful jewellery & shoes, dressing it up for some evening glamour. You can find this beauty of a dress here  There is also a very similar version in timelessly classic black available that is just stunning. Moda Aztec Maxi Dress

Another maxi, hey I did say I loved them :) Isn't this dress just gorgeous! It's part of the new Moda range from George at Asda and is a very affordable £18. Black & White Floral Print Skater Dress With Crochet Detail 

I saw this dress online here and fell in love with it. It's a little more expensive at £30 but it's so pretty and would probably pay for itself with repeated wears :) The skater dress has been popular for a while now, they're comfortable, look great no matter what body shape you have and are casual but smart too since they can be accessorized so many ways. Cobalt Crepe Pencil Dress

This dress is just stunning! I love the cut and oh my that colour! Just stunning! This dress is from Dorothy Perkins, it could so easily be worn as a smart work outfit to look fabulous in the office and with a change of make up, the addition of some jewellery and a pair of killer heels would look amazing on a night out.  You can find this stunning dress here  and it's currently on sale at less than £20.

White Double Layer Sundress

 Every woman should own a white sundress. I adore mine :) There is something so classy about a crisp white dress on a beautiful sunny day. It can be made fun with a statement necklace or Ascot worthy with the addition of a hat (or if you prefer it, a fascinator.)  This dress is so pretty with it's lace double layer tunic and is 100% cotton too. Drop Waist Lace Dress

How pretty is this dress? It's in a soft cream and comprises a transparent lace top layer with an attached slip. The gentle dropped waist would be flattering for any figure & would be perfect for sunny summery days. It's from George at Asda, costs £14 and you can find it here.

Moda Jersey Skater Dress

For our last perfect summer dress we have a Skater dress again :) This one is made from lovely soft jersey and is from the Moda Collection from George at Asda. It's available in black and in red and is designed to cling across the upper body and waist (which is elasticated) and to then drape softly from the waist.
